International Journal of Journalism & Mass Communication (IJJMC) is a peer-reviewed international journal that eliminates the requirement for licenses to reproduce and distribute content in an open access format. The journal's goal is to maintain information, research, and development connected to mass media studies current in today's globalised society.

The journal covers the entire scope, including mass communication, media management, laws and ethics, society, national and international affairs, visual media, broadcasting, print journalism, documentary production, advertising, cultural studies, public relations, globalisation, rural and agricultural journalism, political communication, and health communication.

The journal publishes original articles, review articles, perspectives, editorials, commentaries, and case reports. It also releases special issues on selected topics in journalism and mass communication. The entire submission and review procedure is handled by our powerful Graphy Editorial Managing system.

Author Guidelines

The following appears on the submissions page where authors will learn about what they must do to prepare their work for submission. Provide guidance on anything they might need to know, such as bibliographic and formatting standards, alongside examples of common citation formats to be used. You may also wish to provide details about the preferred format and subject matter of submissions.

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.
